Are you still available for

the bare minimum?

No matter if there’s a specific Mr. Bare Minimum in your life right now who’s keeping you stuck in a situationshit, someone who gave you the bare minimum and is currently ghosting you, or if the men you’ve been attracting in the past and are still attracting now, are consistently Mr. Bare Minimum…

Here are 10 signs that show you whether you’re still available for it or finally ready for Mr. Right.

💋 You accept inconsistent effort.

Instead of getting the absolute ick when he’s texting you one day and then ignoring you for five days straight, only wants to see you when it’s convenient for him late at night or might even plan amazing dates, but then still leaves you going through phases where you genuinely wonder whether he actually likes you…

You kind of go with the flow.

You want to be laid-back and easy, so you accept it and run with it, even if you’re reluctantly going along with it.

Because deep down, you already know: this is probably all you’re going to get from him.

So instead of asking for more, you convince yourself that you’re okay with what he’s giving you.

💋 You’re afraid to say no and set boundaries.

You’re somehow scared of his reaction if you tell him you don’t want to go to his friends’ place on Friday.

What if he gets hurt? Angry? Or, even worse, disappointed in you?

So you swallow it, push your own feelings aside, and go anyway.

And unfortunately, this happens way too often.

💋 You’re afraid to ask for what you actually want and need because you’re scared of being “too much.”

The words literally get stuck in your throat when you try to say what you actually want and need. Even the thought of having to tell him feels uncomfortable.

Because you don’t want to annoy him and you don’t want to be a burden.

So instead, you stay quiet and deal with it yourself or secretly hope that he’ll somehow figure it out and give you what you need without you ever having to ask.

💋 You get excited over basic ass communication.

A little like on your story or your photo.

A casual “Hey, what’s up?”.

A “How was your day?” but literally no genuine follow-up questions.

Well… it’s not exactly a deep conversation.

Nevertheless, your heart starts racing every time his name pops up on your phone.

💋 You make excuses for his lack of effort.

Whenever he fucks up or does not/ can not give you what you want, your mind instantly goes to:

“Oh, it must be because of his ex.”

“Maybe it’s because of his childhood.”

“He’s probably just stressed because of work…”

Anything to explain away his behavior instead of holding him accountable for his stupid actions, just so you don’t have to face the truth you already know deep down.

💋 You’re always the one initiating.

With every guy you've dated, it’s been the same: Most of the time, the effort comes from you.

You’re the one initiating dates or fun activities.

You’re the one initiating the hard conversations.

Whether it’s an uncomfortable topic you might end up arguing about, or actually a beautiful but vulnerable conversation about your feelings…

It’s always you who brings things up and initiates.

 â€‹

💋 You tolerate being ignored and ghosted.

You’ve had a serious discussion and he stonewalls you, and now he’s ignoring you because he can’t handle difficult emotions and doesn’t know how to deal with them other than shutting you out…

And instead of ending it because you know this isn’t the kind of adult, healthy behavior you actually want, you somehow tolerate it, even though it’s eating you up inside.

Same with being ghosted. You obviously don’t like it.

But you tolerate it. Because instead of thinking:

“You know what? Fuck you. If you don’t even have the guts to end this like a grown-ass man, then I’m moving on.” …you secretly hope he’ll come back and change.

💋 You do weird, sneaky things to get his attention.

Like posting stories hoping he’ll see them and text you…

Changing your profile picture so he’ll notice how pretty you look and hopefully message you…

You keep your Friday evening free because he casually mentioned that he has nothing going on that night, secretly hoping he’ll get the hint and make plans with you.

Only to find out that he ended up doing something else and didn’t even really think about you…

💋 You analyze him more than you focus on your own life.

You’re reading books about narcissism, stopping at every red-flag reel, learning everything you can about avoidant attachment styles, and consulting chatti at 11 pm to explain his behavior to you…

Instead of simply focusing on yourself and actually enjoying the relationship.

💋 You keep lowering your standards to keep him around.

You know you actually want MORE - more than what this guy is giving you, and more than what the men before him gave you.

Your vision for your relationship is so much bigger than this.

But you keep lowering your standards and shrinking your expectations to make things work.

You find excuses lik:

“I'm already over 30. All the good ones are taken.”

“Maybe there just aren’t any men like that anymore.”

“I don’t have time to start over.”

“What if I never get what I actually want?”

So instead of holding on to your standards, you slowly convince yourself that maybe what you’re getting is good enough.

Even though deep down, you know you want MORE.

YOUR RESULTS

Go through the individual questions and count how many you answered YES to.

Which of the behaviors described above are you currently doing or have you done recently?

Here’s what your result means:

0 — You’re ready for Mr. Right. 👑

Congratulations! If none of the above applies to you, you’ve clearly done the work.

You’ve tackled your inner people pleaser, you know what you want, and there’s not much standing between you and Mr. Right anymore.

1–3 — You’re almost there. 💋

There’s still a little work to do.

Take a closer look at the specific behaviors you said YES to and work on those.

Because it looks like your inner people pleaser still takes the wheel sometimes — and that can lead you straight back to behaviors that attract Mr. Bare Minimum.

And if you need a little help with that… easy. That’s exactly what we can work on together in a 1:1 Real Love Hour.

4+ — Looks like you’re still people-pleasing Mr. Bare Minimum. 🫠

Hate to break it to you, but the behaviors you just checked off are exactly the kind of behaviors that keep you available for Mr. Bare Minimum.

You’re not going to attract a different kind of relationship by repeating the same patterns.

So… maybe it’s time to tackle that inner people pleaser once and for all.

THE MORE YOU SAID YES, THE MORE YOU ARE STILL AVAILABLE FOR the bare minimum

And I’m not just talking about the last guy, who might suddenly decide to come back out of nowhere…

I’m talking about the next guy, too.

Because if you have this people-pleasing pattern within you, it unfortunately IS the perfect match for Mr. Bare Minimum.

And until you actually break that pattern once and for all, you’ll keep making yourself available for the same kind of dynamic.

No matter how often you try to manifest something different.

I KNOW WHAT YOU ACTUALLY WANT

You want a man who is emotionally available, open with his heart, and genuinely there for you. A man you can have deep conversations with on warm summer nights, without constantly analyzing where you stand because his intentions are clear and his actions match his words.

A man who leads the relationship, takes care of the basics without being reminded, and makes you feel safe enough to be fully yourself, never too much, never too needy, never like you have to shrink yourself to be loved.

A man who simply gives you MORE 💋.

I’ve been there, too.

A few years ago, I was exactly at that point where you are currently.

Until I realized: I want MORE.

And I realized that I wasn’t going to get that MORE by continuing to repeat the same patterns.

I had to change something deep within me and I had to stop people-pleasing.

So I reset my inner magnet and started aligning it with princess treatment and Mr. Right.

That’s exactly why I created my new 6-week program: MORE, please 💋.

For the woman who is finally ready for MORE.
